Privacy Policy

This website is run by TheEndDeen, based in Lagos, Nigeria ("we", "us"). We are the data controller for the personal data described here. You can reach us at theenddeeen@gmail.com.

We don't run analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies, and there are no visitor accounts or sign-up forms. Videos and the playable game from other services only load when you choose to start them.

Hosting and security: our host, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request, in order to deliver the site and protect it from attacks. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in running a secure website.

Embedded videos and the game (only if you start them): when you press play on a YouTube or Twitch video, or launch Resonance Nova in the page, your browser connects to that service, which may collect data and set cookies under its own privacy policy. Our lawful basis is your consent, which you give by pressing play, and which you can withdraw at any time from the Privacy settings link in the footer.

Video thumbnails and channel statistics shown on the Watch page are copied to our own server, so simply viewing the page doesn't connect you to YouTube or Twitch.

The Watch page uses YouTube API Services. By watching YouTube videos here you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service (youtube.com/t/terms), and Google's Privacy Policy (policies.google.com/privacy) applies to the data YouTube collects. Twitch's Privacy Notice (twitch.tv/p/legal/privacy-notice) applies to Twitch videos.

Leaderboard: the Resonance Nova leaderboard shows in-game display names and Ranked results that players choose to publish by playing Ranked. Players can ask us to remove their name at theenddeeen@gmail.com.

Email: if you email us, we use your address and message only to reply, on the basis of your request.

Site administration: people who manage this website sign in through Cloudflare Access with their email address and a second sign-in factor. We keep a security log of their sign-ins and changes (including IP address and browser) for up to 12 months, on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure.

We don't sell personal data. Cloudflare, Inc. hosts the site as our service provider. YouTube (Google) and Twitch (Amazon) receive data directly from your browser only if you choose to play their content. These providers may process data outside Nigeria, and they rely on recognised safeguards such as standard contractual clauses for those transfers.

Hosting logs are kept by Cloudflare for short periods under its own policies. Emails are kept only as long as needed to deal with your message. Administrator security logs are deleted after 12 months.

Depending on where you live, you can ask for access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your personal data, and you can object to or restrict how it is used, or withdraw your consent. Email theenddeeen@gmail.com and we'll respond within the time the law requires (usually one month).

You can also complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (ndpc.gov.ng) or, if you're in the EU or UK, to your local data protection authority.

This site doesn't ask anyone, including children, for personal data. If you're under 18, please ask a parent or guardian before emailing us or playing embedded videos or the game.

The site is served only over HTTPS. Administrator access is protected by Cloudflare Access plus a second sign-in factor, and every change is logged.

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
